Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi Payments). We do not store your full payment card details.

4.4 Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:

COURSES: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS:  All sales are final and non-refundable.

4.5 Instalment Plans & Subscriptions
If you purchase on an instalment plan or subscription:

  • You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically as scheduled
  • You remain responsible for full payment of the agreed amount
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services
