Conscious Eating (Foundation)

Conscious Eating is a simple yet powerful way to bring mindfulness to how you eat. It’s a tool of transformation that opens you to a new way of being with food and with yourself: one of deep acceptance and calm.
In this course, you’ll learn to cultivate a connection between your body, breath and awareness so you can:
- Hear your natural satiation signal
- Improve digestion and feel lighter after meals
- Notice how different foods affect you
- Ease stress, guilt and anxiety around eating
- Make nourishing choices instead of eating on autopilot
- Gently uncover the beliefs and emotions behind your sabotaging eating habits
Because we eat several times a day, every meal becomes an opportunity to step out of stress and into stillness and awareness. Over time, Conscious Eating becomes an anchor that supports a harmonious relationship with food, your body and yourself.
