One of the most frustrating things when seeking to transform ourselves can be in finding someone who has ‘been there, and out the other side’, who is willing to focus totally on you and your particular challenges and point you in the right direction.

Someone who can answer the questions that are specific to your situation and can address your issues on all levels of your being. I remember longing to speak to someone like that! 

Here you'll find the pricing for individual sessions with me.  These one-to-one sessions take place over Zoom so we can connect wherever you are in the world.

In them, I'll guide you on how to balance your body and your eating, teach you skills and techniques to harmonise your emotions and rewire your thinking, as well as cultivate your connection to your innermost truth. 

If this is your first session, then please begin with a Deep Dive session.  It's two hours long and facilitates enough time for me to understand your background and unique issues as well as time for us to get working on a specific challenge.

* 1 Deep Dive Session of Two Hours, $195

(All new clients begin with the 1 Session only as we need the full two hours to start with, but existing clients can also avail of this extended session.)

You will be required to answer a series of questions before our meeting so that we can get into the heart of the session swiftly!

After the initial Deep Dive session, you can continue working with me by purchasing a package of 90-minute sessions or continuing with individual Deep Dives.  However, you'll get a lot more out of your Nourishing Light sessions if you invest in a series so that we have consistency and continuum to work through the layers together.

There are different packages to suit different needs and budgets.  

* 3 Sessions of 90 minutes each, $387  (A saving of $50)

* 5 Sessions of 90 minutes each, $627  (A saving of $100)

* 8 Sessions of 90 minutes each, $957  (A saving of $200)
